Just a reminder that participating restaurants in both San Francisco and San Diego will donate 25% of net proceeds to various HIV/AIDS organizations in there respective areas.

As part of a nationwide AIDS fund-raising initiative taking place today, restaurants in San Diego will donate 25 percent of their food and liquor sales to local AIDS service organizations, Fox 6 News reports (fox6.com, 4/24).

According to the article, money raised by Dine Out for Life will benefit HIV/AIDS-related programs provided by the San Diego LGBT Community Center, which serves over 16,000 people living with HIV in San Diego.
